  1. Hi guys,

    Great podcast as per usual!

This is my take on the Llaelese Resistance.

    Ashlynn d’Elyse – WJ: +29
    – Sylys Wyshnalyrr, The Seeker – PC: 4
    – Nomad – PC: 11 (Battlegroup Points Used: 11)
    – Nomad – PC: 11 (Battlegroup Points Used: 11)
    – Nomad – PC: 11 (Battlegroup Points Used: 7)
    – Nomad – PC: 11

    Ragman – PC: 4
Gorman Di Wulfe, Rogue Alchemist – PC: 0

Daughters of the Flame – Leader & 5 Grunts: 10
Daughters of the Flame – Leader & 5 Grunts: 10
    Knights Exemplar – Leader & 5 Grunts: 9
    – Knights Exemplar Officer – PC: 0
    Knights Exemplar – Leader & 5 Grunts: 9
    – Knights Exemplar Officer – PC: 0
    Knights Exemplar – Leader & 5 Grunts: 9
    – Knights Exemplar Officer – PC: 5

I’ve yet to play it yet but it looks good on paper.

As a Protectorate/Mercs player I couldn’t resist Knights Exemplar with intrinsic pathfinder and hotswapping Quicken between two of the three units.

Nomads with Ragman, Gorman and Ashlynn’s Feat also seems tasty, not to mention Chosen Ground :).

    • Thanks for the list! Nick says that the Theme doesn’t allow multiple units of the same type (and it’s an acknowledged bug in War Room at the moment), and I tend to believe him in this case: it would be nuts otherwise.

I mean, don’t get me wrong; that’s basically a fantastic “Exemplar Interdiction” list! It does look good.

  2. And this is my take on Lieutenant Crosse, in Llaelese theme.

Lieutenant Crosse, Resistance Fighter – WJ: +29
    – Reinholdt, Gobber Speculator – PC: 0
    – Rover – PC: 15 (Battlegroup Points Used: 15)
    – Rover – PC: 15 (Battlegroup Points Used: 14)
    – Rover – PC: 15
    – Rover – PC: 15

    Holy Zealots – Leader & 9 Grunts: 12
    – Monolith Bearer – PC: 3
    Temple Flameguard – Leader & 9 Grunts: 11
    – Temple Flameguard Officer & Standard – Officer & Standard: 0
    Thorn Gun Mages – Leader & 2 Grunts: 9
    Thorn Gun Mages – Leader & 2 Grunts: 9

Again, yet to try but looks fun. Dauntless Resolve for pikes, Lifebound for zealots. Rovers enjoy Firegroup and provide additional Shield Guarding – I’m concerned Crosse might get assassinated late on, after I have tried to blow up the table on 5 souls lol.

    • This is a legal list, and it does look good! I like the Holy Zealots with Crosse… I mean, the Monolith Bearer because super-critical to keep alive, but that shouldn’t be too hard (especially against a ranged-focused enemy, if you’re lucky!).

I like the list, though! Rovers are a neat choice (I would go Mariners, but YMMV).

  3. for the talk on macbaine stormblades or tfg both have ironzeal minifeat which grants steady and immune to stationary which is great for feat
