By request, I’m (Kassem) doing a quick type up of the game Steve and I played this past week. Here are the lists:

Steve took Khador to that tournament from last weekend that Darrell ran.
Quick editing note: for some reason, Darrell’s audio for the second half didn’t make it through, so there are a few weird moments where it sounds like we’re talking to an echo. Only a few, but they’re in there, and I’m sorry about that.
Kassem’s audio DID make it through… he just didn’t say much! Anyway! Here’s Steve’s episode from that tournament!
Did you guys know that we’re theoretically a Battle Report podcast?! I know, I know… I scarcely believe it myself. And yet, what do we have here?
An entire tournament worth of batreps! And a chance for Combo Smite (Nick, Kassem, Darrell, and I) to prove that we’re not total and complete scrubs?
A big thank you to RJ (from Team Canada) for inviting us down, to Nick and Paul from “CG Realms” in Windsor for hosting the event, and to all the players in the Windsor meta who gave us such a warm welcome and a day full of great gaming!
It’s about time we got around to talking about every single model in Khador. Yes, even that one.
Actually, technically we don’t discuss Malakov2 again. We’ve already talked about that dude way more than he deserves.
Not to be overshadowed by the Smogcon gargantuan preview videos, your friends here at Combo Smite are proud to bring you another battle report! The new gargantuans range from a giant pokémon for Circle to a spiky fleshlight for Legion so you can choose whatever flavour you wish.
(Marc: Also, I think Darrell is being a little hard on himself… I would say “Rumble NEAR the Bottom of the Barrell” at worst… and who is Sasha Grey?)
This week I was matched up against Aaron and his Khador army.
Let’s skip the preamble and move right on to the most important part: the fighting!
(Marc: Whoops! Uploaded the unedited podcast originally! It’s been fixed now, folks… sorry about that!)
So last week I finally finished my write up for the Adam O Invitational… and we decided to do a podcast on Aaron and Nick’s results!
Come listen to us discuss playing against Bradigus (2 of the 3 hosts had to play Gaven testing out his Bradigus list!), find out how my noble cohosts did, and learn Aaron’s newest ability in real life!
Huh. So my noble cohosts seem to have forgotten that along with a podcast (that we do weekly), we also need a write up to post WITH the podcast. Seems like a silly oversight… Overly Verbose Battle Report Writer to the rescue!
Additionally, the winners of our giveaway contest are announced! But not here, that’ll be done on Facebook tomorrow afternoon. A huge thank you to everyone who entered, and we hope the prizes are enjoyed!
Last weekend I ran a 50 point Steamroller event that Nick and Aaron attended. It was a tonne of fun, and Nick’s already posted his written batreps, but here’s the podcast we recorded shortly afterwards and I FINALLY managed to finish editing!
The regular weekly podcast will drop in a couple hours (9am EST), so check back for that too! Lots of content these days!
